We offer classes for any age or skill!

Level 1

These classes are focused on beginner and intermediate climbers ages 7 thru 17. We go over climbing techniques, stretching, and how the body works in physical space. We also talk about respect of peers, nature, and community. Level 1 classes are $example price for example number of classes classes - classes are on example days at example times.

Level 2

These classes are a great way to get introduced to the climbing community. We will go over understanding how the body moves, basic techniques and exercises, and how to lead a healthy lifestyle. These are focused on ages 18-49. Level 2 classes are $example price for example number of classes classes - classes are on example days at example times.

Level 3

These classes are designed for those with a difficult time moving. Climbing can be done by anyone, provided it is modified; for example, if your legs aren't as strong as they once were, then we'll focus more on the arms and strengthening the legs in other ways, or if your bones are weak, then we'll avoid putting extraneous pressure on them. We will focus on ages 50 and up, as well as handicapped or otherwise impaired individuals. Personal Training

Not a fan of groups, or just can't make the schedule work? No problem! We offer personal training to get the extra push you need to keep going. Personal training is $example price for example number of classes sessions.
